Saiwa-Dry Carbon Fiber
The production of dry carbon fiber products takes a lot of time; especially after the product is formed and polished, we often need to carry out 3 processes repeatedly.
For example, spraying primer - baking - dry polishing - buffing; we usually need to repeat these processes 3-5 times until the final polishing reaches the standard of spraying varnish coating before stopping, all these are to ensure that our products are more beautiful and more texture.
Finally, after spraying the varnish coating, we will bake again, and then polish the products to reach the finished standard, and then carry out the quality inspection work and storage processing.
กระบวนการผลิตHigh Quality Dry Carbon!
Saiwa's carbon fiber parts are produced using a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system. This provides unsurpassed rigidity, strength and finish to our aerodynamic components. We distinguish ourselves by utilizing a resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber material that results in a 20% - 30% stiffer and stronger product than an equivalent wet-lay up product.
